About Visa Cost Planner and its publisher

Visa Cost Planner is published by Bishnu Prasad Dahal as an independent information and personal-budgeting tool. It helps readers separate authority fees from supplier payments and inspect what may be lost at a selected refusal stage.

Information rather than case advice

I do not provide recruitment or immigration advice. This site does not recruit, arrange visas, assess eligibility or guarantee approval, refunds or insurance suitability. It is not affiliated with a government, embassy, visa centre, school or insurer.

What is researched

There are 30 destination profiles: the USA, UK, Australia and all 27 EU members, each with one named work, study and tourist route. They are partial fee references, not comprehensive country quotations. Other destinations use a clearly labelled manual budget and do not receive invented fees.

Editorial approach

Fee sources and scope limitations are visible on each route. Budget guides explain the calculation with original examples; invented supplier figures are clearly identified. No paid ranking determines fee references. Review the methodology and the linked authority before making a payment.

Advertising and privacy

Google AdSense setup code for the publisher is installed to connect the site for review. Ad requests are currently paused and the reserved spaces do not yet contain manual display ads. Approval, consent setup and actual unit details must be completed before serving them. Advertising is separate from editorial content and does not imply endorsement.
